Our new 2,000-square-foot location will seat 46 guests indoors, with a design inspired by the concept of dining inside a greenhouse. We'll offer a spacious outdoor patio adjacent to a large courtyard.
Guests can look forward to Brewery Bhavana’s beloved dim sum menu, as well as popular entrees like General Tso Chicken and Peking Duck. We plan to offer exclusive dishes with an emphasis on lighter, healthier fare at the Fenton location. Alongside our award-winning Belgian-inspired beers, wine and cocktails, the Fenton location also will feature draft cocktails, available to enjoy in the Fenton's sip-and-stroll district, and beer coolers, offering a selection of to-go beers, including exclusive, limited-edition brews.
Craft
We believe that the hand of the maker is evident in our beers. They speak to the inspiration of the Wallonia Valley, where Saison was born. They capture the flavors, traditions, and craft of Belgium and Southeast Asia alike. And as North Carolinians, they reflect the palates of our brewers and community as part of the continuing evolution of American Craft Beer.
