Celebrate Raleigh Beer Week with us as we tap five of our very first sours: Roselle (our rosé-inspired ale), Magnifera (our mango sour ale), Amaranthus (our blueberry dark sour ale), Foeder-Aged Brett Saison, and Piglette Grisette. A limited number of Till and Grove cans will be also be available.
Saturday, September 23rd, 2-6 pm: Hops for Hope at Raleigh Beer Garden, Raleigh, NC
Working with Vines Architecture, we created a very special cask that blends our house sour and Brett cultures then gets dry-hopped with Galaxy! Join us to sample 25 casks from breweries across the Triangle. All proceeds benefit Children’s Flight of Hope, a nonprofit organization that provides air transportation for children to access specialized medical care.

Our very first packaged beer release!
Roselle, our greatly anticipated, rosé-inspired ale, has been six months in the making. It’s brewed with champagne yeast and hibiscus, aged over cherries, grapefruit zest, and raspberries, then blended with a touch of our house sour culture.
Stop by the restaurant to pick up some bottles, plus 16 ounce cans of Till, our bright and tangy farmhouse ale, and Grove, our sunny, citrusy double IPA. As a special treat, the bar will be open from noon to 3 pm, so you can stick around and have a pint. Limit two bottles of Roselle ($18 each), two 4-packs of Till ($10 each) , and two 4-packs of Grove ($16 each).
Sunday, October 1st, 12-3 pm: Magnifera Bottle Release
Magnifera is our long-fermented mango sour and perhaps the best expression of what we aim to do. Aged for many months, in both our white oak foeder and single-use wine barrels, it began its life as a buckwheat saison. Thirty pounds of dried mango and our house sour culture made the difference. Stop by the restaurant from 12-3 to pick up some bottles!
Friday, October 6th, 6 - 9 pm: Library Libations, Hunt Library, NC State Centennial Campus, Raleigh, NC
Spend First Friday at Hunt Library with our food and beer! Also, paint in virtual reality, draw with a remote-control robot and learn about 3D printing. This series is geared toward young professionals and recent graduates. So many of our staff and managers are NC State alum!
Friday, October 27th, 6-9 pm: Voracious Beer Festival, Wilmington, NC
For this elite festival, atop the Battleship North Carolina, we're bringing two of our most rare beers: our Foeder-Aged Imperial Stout, dosed with Counter Culture's Finca Nuguo Gesha-style coffee, cocoa nibs, and vanilla, and Magnifera, our mango sour.
